Reservations
We will try to accommodate you whenever we can but, we recommend
that you make
your reservation at least 2 days in advance.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment.
Cancellations
A credit card is required to hold services. A minimum 24 hour notice of
cancellation of
your appointment is required for all services so we can better
accommodate all guests.
Failing to give proper notice will result in a 50% charge of service.
Failure to show for an appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge
of service.
Special circumstances will be considered
when determining reason for cancellation and appropriate fee charged.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in the price of service, however they are
greatly appreciated.
Recommended amount is 15 to 20% at your discretion.
Gift Cards
Gift cards make
excellent gifts for any celebration or holiday.
Gift cards may be exchanged for products and services.
There are no refunds
on gift cards.
Return Policy
Store credit will be issued on most Product purchases
if item is returned within fourteen (14) days after purchase.
No returns on Makeup purchases.
